* A resident ranch manager available

part time as required.

* All labor, equipment and tools for

ongoing ranch operations and maintenance.

* Management of the buyers’ livestock or,

alternatively, lease back of the summer grazing rights

* Overseeing any ongoing production location

opportunities.
